My space, your space, we all scream for MySpace

The Krupp Library’s MySpace page is famous!  It got a mention in an article about libraries using social networking sites than ran in the December 2007 issue of College and Research Libraries News, a trade publication for, well, college and research libraries.

The article, written by Cliff Landis, a reference librarian at Valdosta State University in Georgia, had this to say about us:

“Bryant University Library: This library uses a similar color scheme as the library’s Web page to brand its presence, provides ample linking to library services and even has a cell phone number to text message a librarian.”

Only a few other pages/sites were mentioned, so for us to get name dropped like this is a pretty big deal.   If you haven’t visited the page yet, then go ahead already!
