Not Us: Guitar Hero at Michigan Libraries?

Interesting story for some lazy holiday linkblogging:

Some public libraries in southeastern Michigan are trying to attract teens and kids with regular video game tournaments featuring Guitar Hero, Dance Dance Revolution, Super Smash Brothers, and the like.

Before you get your hopes up, no, this isn’t the sort of thing we’re likely to do anytime soon.  Or ever.  Though I will admit that it would be a fun and creative use for the video wall in the Stepan Grand Hall.

I think that it would be awesome to play DDR in the grand hall. it would be nice to be able to take a break from studying, especially during midterm or finals time and go downstairs for a quick game!
