The Douglas & Judith Krupp Library now subscribes to the JSTOR Arts & Sciences III database. And just what is this, you may ask? Well, here’s what the fine folks at JSTOR have to say about it:
“Arts & Sciences III includes journals in languages and literature, as well as essential titles in the fields of music, film studies, folklore, performing arts, religion, and the history and study of art and architecture. There are 150 titles in this collection.”
Long story short, if your average Humanities faculty member, staff person, or student represents, well, humanity, and JSTOR represents Prometheus, then Arts & Sciences III is pretty much fire.
. . .
Yes, fine, the metaphor is pretty labored. I never claimed to be Joseph Campbell. But I still say it’s apt. Anyway, check out Arts & Sciences III for yourself!
