“Fair Use / Fair Dealing” Week starts NOW! How can you participate?

A very important week is upon us all – it’s the “Fair Use / Fair Dealing” week which runs from February 26 – March 2, 2018.  It’s a week coordinated by the Association of Research Libraries, celebrating the importance of fair use in the United States and fair dealing in Canada and other jurisdictions. In it’s simplest terms, “fair use” and “fair dealing” are  the legal use of copyrighted materials without permission from the copyright holder under certain circumstances – something students and educators deal with on a daily basis.
